At Prince Boot House, we want to ensure that every step you take is full of comfort. Since footwear sizes can vary slightly between premium brands, wedding loafers, and sports sneakers, we offer a dedicated Size Exchange Policy. Our goal is simple: if the shoe doesn’t fit your feet perfectly, we will help you swap it for the right size so you can walk with absolute confidence.
Strict No-Return & No-Refund Policy
Please note that Prince Boot House follows a strict No-Return and No-Refund policy. Once a footwear pair is purchased or delivered, it cannot be returned for a cash refund, bank transfer, or store credit. We do not accept cancellations or returns under any circumstances except for an alternate size adjustment of the exact same product.
The 7-Day Size Exchange Window
We provide a hassle-free 7-day size replacement window from the date your footwear package is delivered. If you face any sizing issues or the shoe feels too tight or loose, you must notify our support team within 7 days. Any size exchange requests initiated after this 7-day timeline will not be entertained.
Mandatory Conditions for Size Swap
To be eligible for a size exchange, the footwear must pass our quality check guidelines:
• The shoes must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free from any outdoor dirt, scuffs, or sole creases.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging materials must remain intact.
• The pair must be sent back inside its original, undamaged Prince Boot House box.
Direct WhatsApp Size Exchange Process
We have kept the exchange process extremely simple without any complicated forms. Just follow these steps:
1. Take a clear picture of the shoe sole to confirm it is unused.
2. Share your bill details and the picture directly with our WhatsApp Support (+91 88711 56049).
3. Mention the new size you need. Our team will check the live inventory and arrange the size replacement for you instantly.
Shipping & Exchange Logistics
For size replacements, the customer is responsible for sending the product back to our Datia retail store or covering the nominal shipping charges for the exchange delivery. However, if the size issue or variation happened due to a rare dispatch mistake or wrong item sent from our warehouse, Prince Boot House will bear 100% of the shipping cost.
